There were updated, huge rooms with hotter water and king size beds, as for instance. Everything seemed perfect, clean. Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to leave, I will choose it for sure for next trip.

Great food combined with a friendly service. Pretty friendly staff, brand-new rooms with shower, large bathroom. Favourable, decent location so close to Chicago, the beach and O'Hare airport. An exceptionally comfortable hotel, my first choice in Niles.

The lounge area served a lot of meals for breakfast. Truly enjoyed the room for hotter water, my bed was amazing. The position of the hotel was comfy and decent, in very congested area.

This is a hotel go-to for Niles! The location is decent and incredible, so close to airport and the beach. Also, Saint Juliana Church is approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

There is hair in some places.

I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Niles. The staff went above and beyond to make my time there unforgettable. When I arrived, they recommended using Uber instead of taxis, which saved me both time and money. They even helped me navigate the app and made sure I felt safe. The hotel room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed, including a mini fridge and microwave. The complimentary razor and shaving cream were a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, although it could get a bit crowded at times. The front desk associates were always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. I also appreciated the fast elevators and the quietness of the rooms. The hotel's location was convenient, with a CVS and Starbucks within walking distance. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
